Terms and Conditions – Top Sadad App

By using the Top Sadad application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of Service

• Top Sadad is a technical intermediary platform that enables users to pay for services within Yemen.
• All services are executed through our official service provider (S2D 360).
• The application is NOT a bank or a financial institution; it is a payment facilitation tool.

2. Electronic Wallet

• The in-app wallet is designated for internal use only.
• Wallet balance cannot be used outside the scope of Top Sadad services.
• The application does not support withdrawing funds from the wallet to external bank accounts.

3. Wallet Top-up

Users can fund their wallets via:

• Approved electronic payment cards.
• Direct bank deposits.
• The user bears full responsibility for providing accurate information during the top-up process.

4. Limitation of Liability

Top Sadad shall not be held liable for:

• Technical failures or outages beyond the application's control.
• Delays caused by the primary service provider.
• We strive to ensure all transactions are processed successfully and promptly.

5. Account Suspension

The management reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in cases of:

• Misuse of the service or fraudulent activity.
• Suspicion of illegal transactions.
• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Amendments

Top Sadad management reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application constitutes an implicit acceptance of the updated terms.
